Terms of service
Axissway provides digital styling guidance and editorial services. Membership does not include clothing. Customers must provide accurate information and use the service lawfully. Fees, renewal timing, delivery, cancellation, and refund terms shown at purchase apply to each order.
Privacy
We may collect contact information, style preferences, sizes, wardrobe details, feedback, transaction records, support communications, and limited usage data needed to operate the service. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are not intended to be stored directly by Axissway. Contact support to request access, correction, or deletion.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel before the next renewal. First-charge refund requests are considered within seven days when personalized services have not been delivered. Approved refunds return to the original payment method, subject to provider processing time.
Acceptable use
Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or unnecessarily sensitive information. Only upload content you are entitled to use. Do not send payment card numbers or government identification by email.
Commercial terms
Brand work begins after a written scope and required payment. The scope states deliverables, price, usage rights, revisions, timing, disclosures, and reporting. Unless agreed in writing, paid media, talent, travel, product purchase, shipping, duties, and third-party fees are additional.
